Our Book Club evolved in response to suggestions from several members requesting more adult opportunities for conversation. After the first year, the energy from our time together has perpetuated the readings and meetings.
Everyone is invited to attend any meeting. It is not necessary to have finished reading the book to spend the evening with us. Discussion locations change each month and are posted in the newsletter and weekly bulletin. Every attempt is made to select titles at least two months in advance to accommodate various reading habits. If you have a selection you think we might enjoy reading, please bring it to one of our meetings. We have learned one of the best facets of this book club is that each reader has been pushed beyond his or her normal comfort zone with the various titles.
